<p>Proof is a health app that can help you stay on track with your daily health goals. It offers a fun and interactive way to prioritize your well-being, whether you're playing with friends, family, or colleagues. By completing the daily challenge at least five days a week, you'll have the chance to win!</p>
    
<h2>How It Works</h2>
<ul>
    <li>Connect with Apple Health to automatically retrieve your health data every day.</li>
    <li>Choose from a variety of challenges and aim to complete them at least five days a week. Don't forget, it's important not to miss two consecutive days!</li>
    <li>Add friends and create a sense of accountability. Whenever you fall short, you'll owe your friends $1.</li>
</ul>

    <li>Steps (e.g. 7,500 steps per day)</li>
    <li>Sleep (e.g. 7 hours per night)</li>
    <li>Exercise (e.g. 30 min per day)</li>
    <li>Water (e.g. 80 oz. per day)</li>
    <li>Toothbrushing (e.g. 2 times per day)</li>
    <li>Weigh in (e.g. 1 time per day)</li>
